09/11/24 - Important Personal Lines Message
Due to current market conditions, we are experiencing an influx of new business applications. New policies are not being issued on the timeframe typically expected. We understand the inconvenience this may cause to your Agency.

Please rest assured we are working diligently to make the necessary adjustments to mitigate these delays.

As a result, it is no longer necessary for you to inquire as to the status of issuance. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated

08/15/24 - Payment Portal Change
On June 13, 2024, we released a new payment portal. Both Erie and Niagara and Cherry Valley policyholders can now take advantage of many new billing and payment features.

One important change with the new payment portal is that neither our direct bill representatives nor our agents can enroll, de-enroll, or make changes to an insured's AutoPay account. These are now performed by the policyholder directly. However, our direct bill representative can still take one-time payments from agents and insureds.

For more detailed information regarding the new payment portal, please refer to the document "Effective June 2024 - Changes to Our Payment Process" in the Billing & Payment Information folder in Resources tab in LaunchPoint.

8/9/24 - July 2024 Commission Delay
We experienced a technical issue with our bank that delayed payment of July commissions. The issue has been resolved and July commissions will be deposited to your account in 2 - 3 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

06/04/24 - Erie and Niagara MFA Announcement

In accordance with DFS Regulation 500.12, Launchpoint will soon require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Email based MFA will be optional beginning on 6/10/2024, and will be required beginning on 7/8/2024. When logging into an account with MFA turned on, an email will be sent to the email address associated with that user, containing the access code needed to complete the login.

A 30 day "Remember Me" option is available, so that as long as you are logging in from the same device you will not need to enter an access code every time you log in. If there is a problem with the email address associated with your account or if you need to setup new user accounts in your agency, please contact the Launchpoint Administrator for your agency.

03/21/24 - AutoPay Enrollment and Change Forms No Longer Available

Effective June 2023, AutoPay enrollment and change forms were removed from the Resources tab. All enrollments and changes need to be submitted by the insured using the Make A Payment button on our company website. The insured will need their policy number and security code in order to login.

The security code can be found on the insured's latest invoice or in the Payment Stub link under the Accounting tab in Agency Launchpoint.

Please note, a policy cannot be enrolled in AutoPay when in a pending cancellation or cancellation status.

06/06/23 - AutoPay Enrollment Form removed from Resources tab
Please be advised effective immediately we are no longer listing the AutoPay Enrollment form under our Resources tab. To enroll in AutoPay, the insured must go to www.enia.com and click on the Make A Payment button. They will need to use their policy number and 7-digit security code from their most recent bill to login and complete the process. Contact our Accounting Department with any questions at 1-800-234-9876 M-F 8:30am – 4:30pm EST.
